About this route
Seletar’s ring road is Singapore’s unofficial velodrome: a roughly 12 km circuit of wide, smooth tarmac around the airport that local cyclists lap for intervals and pace-line practice. Traffic is light, corners are sweeping, and planespotting comes free with every lap.
Between efforts, the black-and-white colonial houses around The Oval make a genuinely pleasant recovery spin, with brunch spots at Wheeler’s Estate and Jalan Kayu’s famous roti prata a short roll away. Ride anti-clockwise like the regulars and keep an eye out for groups moving fast.
