If you return the bike after the agreed-upon time, additional charges may apply. Please contact us 1 hour before your rental time end if you think you'll be late, and we can discuss options to extend your rental.

In the unlikely event of a breakdown, contact us immediately and we'll provide assistance. If necessary, we'll send a replacement bicycle or arrange for repairs.

You can cancel your booking up to 24 hours before the rental start time for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours may be subject to a fee.

Rental is $25 per bike for the first 4 hours, then $4 for every extra hour, including a fitted helmet, lights for night rides, setup and normal wear and tear, with 1% off per 10 bikes for groups of 10 or more (up to 10%). Delivery is a flat $10 per bike round trip, or self-collect free. No repair or damage charges.
