About this route
Chestnut is Singapore mountain biking’s home ground, a dedicated bike-only trail network in the central forest, with northern and southern loops graded from mellow flow to punchy technical sections, so you can ride to your level and step up line by line.
Expect classic tropical riding: root webs that turn slick after rain, short sharp climbs, and berms that reward commitment. The trailhead has a bike shop with rentals and the beloved bike wash, because you will need it. Weekends are busy and sociable; weekday mornings you can lap in peace.
