How does Momentum Cycle's pick-up and drop-off service work?
We offer flexible pick-up and drop-off locations across Singapore. Choose your starting and finishing points during booking, and we’ll make sure the bicycle is ready for you wherever you need it.
What are your operating hours?
We are available for rentals and returns from 24/7 daily. For special requests or late returns, contact us, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
Can I rent the bicyles for more than one day?
Absolutely! You can rent bicycles for a few hours, a full day, or multiple days. Just let us know how long you need the bicycles when booking.
2. Rental Process
How do I book the bicycles?
You can easily book through our website, choose your bicycle, and pick your preferred rental dates. Select your transfers during the booking process. Do refer to “Rental Guide & Pricing” for more information.
What do I need to bring to rent the bicycles?
You’ll need a valid ID (e.g., NRIC, driver’s license, or passport) and a confirmation of your booking. For safety, we recommend wearing comfortable clothing and shoes.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes, we require a refundable deposit for each rental, which will be returned to you upon the safe return of the bicycle.
3. Bicycles and Equipment
What types of bicycles do you offer?
We offer a variety of high-quality customised bicycles as shown below. All our bicycles are regularly maintained to ensure a smooth, comfortable ride.
Do you provide helmets and other accessories?
Yes! We provide helmets, locks, and lights. Do check out our add-ons!
Are your bicycles suitable for children?
Yes, we have bicycles available for both adults and children, including smaller sizes and options with training wheels. Let us know your needs when booking!
4. Returns and Late Fees
What happens if I return the bicycle late?
If you return the bike after the agreed-upon time, additional charges may apply. Please contact us 1 hour before your rental time end if you think you’ll be late, and we can discuss options to extend your rental.
Can I change my pick-up or drop-off location after booking?
Yes, we can accommodate changes if given enough notice. Please contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to adjust the location for you.
5. Safety and Maintenance
What should I do if the bicycle breaks down?
In the unlikely event of a breakdown, contact us immediately and we’ll provide assistance. If necessary, we’ll send a replacement bicycle or arrange for repairs.
Are the bicycles regularly maintained?
Yes, all our bicycles are professionally maintained and inspected before each rental to ensure they are in top condition.
6. Payments and Cancellations
What payment methods do you accept?
We prefer via PayNow.
What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel your booking up to 24 hours before the rental start time for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours may be subject to a fee.
Are there any additional fees I should know about?
No hidden fees! However, if the bicycle is returned late or damaged, additional charges may apply. We’ll always discuss these with you upfront.
